RefundRadar ("we", "us", or "our") operates the RefundRadar service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
When you connect your Shopify store to RefundRadar, we collect your Shopify store domain, order data (order ID, value, customer email, shipping/billing addresses, payment gateway, line items), your account email address, and usage data.
We use your information to provide the RefundRadar service — scoring orders for refund risk, sending email alerts, displaying your dashboard, tracking usage against plan limits, improving our AI models, and communicating about your account.
Your data is stored securely in our database hosted by Supabase. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.
RefundRadar uses Shopify (order data), Anthropic/Claude API (risk scoring), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email alerts), and Clerk (authentication). Each has their own privacy policy.
