RefundRadar offers 3 free order scores to all new users — no credit card required. This allows you to experience the full value of the Service before committing to a paid plan.

Subscription Refunds

All subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we offer refunds in the following circumstances:

7-day money-back guarantee: If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
Service outage: If the Service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) in a given billing month, you may request a prorated credit.
Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly, we will refund the incorrect amount immediately.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at miles@refundradar.io with:

Your account email address
Your Shopify store domain
The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 2 business days and process any approved refunds within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access to the Service until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period unless covered by the circumstances above.
