RefundRadar is an AI-powered order risk scoring tool for Shopify merchants. It analyzes incoming orders and assigns a risk score based on various signals. All fulfillment decisions remain solely with the merchant.
RefundRadar offers 3 free order scores upon signup. After that, a paid subscription is required. Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". REFUNDRADAR DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT RISK SCORES WILL ACCURATELY PREDICT EVERY REFUND OR CHARGEBACK. The service is a decision-support tool — all fulfillment decisions remain with the merchant.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RefundRadar's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
