These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RefundRadar ("Service"), operated by Miles Gaude ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
RefundRadar is an AI-powered order risk scoring tool for Shopify merchants. The Service analyzes incoming orders and assigns a risk score (Low, Medium, or High) based on various signals. The Service sends email alerts for high-risk orders and provides a dashboard for reviewing scored orders.
To use RefundRadar, you must create an account and connect your Shopify store. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
RefundRadar offers 3 free order scores upon signup, with no credit card required. After using your 3 free scores, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. REFUNDRADAR DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT RISK SCORES WILL ACCURATELY PREDICT REFUNDS, CHARGEBACKS, OR FRAUDULENT ORDERS. THE SERVICE IS A DECISION-SUPPORT TOOL AND ALL FULFILLMENT DECISIONS REMAIN SOLELY WITH THE MERCHANT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular order will be scored correctly. Risk scoring is probabilistic and will sometimes be incorrect.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REFUNDRADAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RefundRadar and Miles Gaude from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Georgia.
